Documents in languages other than English should be accompanied by an English translation. If the applicant is onshore, the translation should be undertaken by a translator accredited by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI). Failure to do so may significantly affect the processing of your application. Translations provided by non-accredited translators overseas should be endorsed by the translator with their full name, address, telephone number, and details of their qualifications and experience in the language being translated. Note: You must include both a certified copy of the original language document and a certified copy of the translated document with your application.

以下の３種の書類を綴じて１セットにし、各ページに署名・認証印、又は割り印を押印します。
１．翻訳証明書（ATA Corresponding Memberの認証）
２．英訳(ATA Corresponding Member)

３．戸籍謄本、改製原戸籍謄本（原本）
*割り印とは、認証印を各書類にまたがって押印し、３種の書類が一連の公式書類であることを証明するものです。

正規の翻訳会社による翻訳・翻訳証明
戸籍謄本等の英語以外の文書には、正規の翻訳会社又は、公認翻訳者による英訳を必ず添付しなければなりませんが、
必ずしもオーストラリア国家の認定を受けた翻訳・通訳資格認定機関(NAATI)の認定翻訳者に依頼する必要はありません。
但し、翻訳書類は文書の発行日、公印を含めてすべて合致するように翻訳し、完成した公式英訳 (Full translation)は、
連絡先が記載されている翻訳会社の社用箋に印刷し、翻訳証明は、権威ある翻訳者協会の認定翻訳者の肉筆署名による認証、翻訳者のスタンプ、会員資格番号を付与する必要があります。
尚、翻訳会社・翻訳者は申請者といかなる形でも関係していない第三者であり、申請者と同じ住所に居住していないことが必須条件です。
